heidi romano

Photography is her playground: finding the perfect blurry photo, the moment of stillness, creating landscapes with fabrics and capturing what is around her and close to her heart.

She reduces everything to the essential, leaves out distracting items, and focus’ on the necessary.

Her photos are represented in an abstract and minimalistic style to create some ambiguity about the object pictured and encouraging a more lasting visual response. The blurry and close-up images focus more attention on colour, light and space.
They create a different atmosphere and perspective to the way domestic space is usually encountered.

Photography is the perfect balance of inspiration and beauty.
